And then for a little desert I had some cherry Jello with a slab of Cool Whip Light and made some Diet Hot Chocolate to go to bring back to work. Also grabbed a Kashi Trail Mix bar for a mid afternoon snack which was delightful.
There are two major things that I'm obssessed with...breakfast duh and the Hungry Girl newsletter slash cookbook. One of my fav recipes is the Veggie Scramble recipe....why?...well because it incorporates breakfast & Hungry Girl :) I can't find the recipe online right now on her website but when I find it I'll def throw it in here.
Anyways for dinner I made a Veggie scramble. The way you make it is you microwave a Boca burger and then cut it up and sautee it with mushrooms and peppers in a pan. Then after they've sauteed for a little while you pour in half a cup of egg beaters with some tomatoes and scramble it up together. It's amazing. So that's what I made for dinner...of course along with an Arnolds 100 cal thin and slapped some Laughing Cow on there...It was gooood :)
And the final product....YUMMM :)
So I think I'm not gonna end up doing the race tomorrow :( I was just sick and I dunno if its the best idea...I'm kind of sad but there's plenty more to run in. I'm definitely gonna run at the gym tomorrow though so it's okay....it's cheaper although I won't get a cute long sleeve tshirt. Going to see the new Renee Zellwegger movie tonight! Hope it's good.. Now I'm off to have some Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream. Have a great night!!

Open faced means "more" to eat ;) I cut mine sandwiches so I have one small piece and one big piece - that way when I'm done with the small one I still have 3/4 of a sammy left! Haha weird I know!
