Yeahhh Fridayyyy :)
Who's got big plans this weekend?! I do! Tonight I'm having a Lia Sophia jewelry party and tomorrow night is my best friend Jenna's engagement party! I'm so excited for it! I'll definitely take lots of pictures and post them :)
So my eats yesterday were..well a lot.
Lunch:
Arnolds 40 calorie bread, 3 slices low calorie turkey, Garlic & Herb Laughing Cow, lettuce and tomato. Package of 100cal Ritz snack mix, and of course a lovely Fiji apple
Mid afternoon snack: Golden Delicious apple (which was deliciously golden) & Pumpkin Pie Kashi bar which is amazing.
At the gym I did Tina's 30 minute elliptical workout & then 20 minutes on the Nautilis Stairmaster doing intervals of 1min 20 secs. I really want to get a heart rate monitor! But have no clue which one to get. I also want one that would be able to tell me how much I'm running because according to the treadmill I'm running around 15 miles a week give or take..
Dinner was awesome and of course go figure I left my camera in the car.
Dinner: bowl of miso soup, seaweed salad, sunomono salad (cucumber with crab & shrimp in vinegar) and half a california roll.
After dinner was the danger zone. I was still hungry. So I had two huge bowls of airpop popcorn! Like huge bowls. I just couldn't stop! And I wasn't even full or anything after! Definite food monster attack..
This morning I woke up feeling the wrath of the popcorn attack and hit up the gym bright and early. Before I left I had a good old mini bananer with Better N Peanut Butter and some Kashi H2H in the middle, accompanied by a half a glass of Light Vanilla soy :)
Thanks too all you fabulous bloggies I'm always getting great new ideas for workouts! This morning I tried out Gina from The Fitnessista's recent post of a biceps & back workout with intervals on the elliptical. It was awesome. Check it out here!
Workout jam of the day: Forever; Chris Brown (haha I know
Breakfast: "Apple pie mixture" (sliced up apple with cinnamon and sweetner microwaved), 1/2c TJs European FF Plain yogurt, 1/2c Fiber One cereal, 1tsp TJs Pumpkin Butter, 1tbsp canned pumpkin, lots of cinnamon & sweetner.
It was so yummy and I never ever wanted it to end! Also had two cups of coffee with it & "pulled a Van" by driving to work with one of them. Now I know why they make travel mugs..
Lunch preview:
Spinach salad, tomatoes, carrots & red bell pepper, Single serving Sabra's Hummus, Garlic & Herb Laughing Cow wedge, Fiji Apple Crispies, & a pear.
Mid morning snack of a Cara Cara Orange (best oranges in life)..
Mid-afternoon snack of Kashi Chocolate Coconut bar (lets see if it makes it all the way there)...
I really want to change the layout of my blog. Maybe a new template? It looks kind of boring to me :( Any suggestions??
todays tip: Enter each room of your home every day. If a room is unused, the energy in it grows stale, according to the principles of feng shui. To activate the positive flow of energy and keep your life from stagnating, walk through every room in your home atleast once a day!
GO out and have fun tonight! It's Friday people :) I'll take lots of pics of my jewelry party tonight :)

ReplyDeleteI was thinking about getting a HRM too and was looking up reviews here: http://www.consumersearch.com/heart-rate-monitors. It's pretty helpful because they have some budget friendly options too! Let me know if you decide to get one, and which one!!! Because I might be a copy cat. hehehe
