If any of us EVER meet in life. Because let's face it on some kind of weird blogosphere type world I would consider us friends haha. I mean let's be real here. Anyways if we ever meet and one of us happen to be driving. PLEASE don't let me near your car. I have a car curse. Any car I come near I guarantee something will go wrong with it. It all started with the car that was "donated" to me by my boss when I first started working for my organization. Welp go figure I crashed it. Now this was about 5-6 months ago. But anyways fast forward I buy my own car a great 2001 Malibu with pretty low mileage for a good price. Welp my car curse continued to haunt me with months and months of repairs and lights flashing on, not only in my car but pretty much ANY car I've gotten into. Welp just today when I thought the curse might have been over I find out that I need to replace the inner gasket because it's leaking (hence why my car continues to overheat every 5 seconds). Welp this will cost me my arm, my leg and my life savings. Greaaaaaaat. And to add a little extra kick...I borrow my Dad's car while mine is in the shop and as soon as I turn it on this morning the check engine light goes on. Go figure peeps. Anyways thats my story for today.
Last night I seriously felt like a zombie. I don't even remember posting my little blurb about being MIA. So I hit the hay early so I could wake up and get a good workout in to start my week off right. Before I hit the gym I threw back a glass of water and a banana.

I did intervals at 1% incline for the first 30 minutes of 6.0 and 6.5 for 2 minutes and 7.0 for 1 minute and from minutes 30-40 I did 2 minute intervals of 6.5 and 7.0 with a 1 minute 7.5 sprint and no incline and the finally cooled down for 5 minutes.
It felt really good to get a good run in especially since I had no time to workout any bone in my body this weekend so I was totally feeling sluggish and blah. I lifted some upperbody too with some ab workout in between:
bicep curls: 3 sets 12; 15lb free weights
hammer curls: 2 sets 12; 10lb free weights
shoulder press: 3 sets 12; 15lb fw
50 crunches on incline bench
side lat raises: 3 sets 12; 5lb fw
single arm lat raise: 2 sets 12; 15lb fw
25 reverse crunches
25 crunches to the left and right
upward row: 3 sets 12; 20lb bodybar
pilates bicep curl: 3 sets 20; 3lb free weights
1 minute plank; 2 times
For breakfast I made a good old sloppy concoction of yumminess
1 "apple pie" mixture, 1/2c TJs European Style yogurt, cinn, 1/2c TJs high fiber sticks, 4tbsp PB2 all mixed together. YUMM
I decided to take a green boyfriend break especially because I felt a little od-ed from them after this weekend and switched it up with this yumminess. Don't worry every chick needs a little space from her man once in a while! But of course the love is still there.

Western Bagel were SO kind as to send me some of their samples which I've been totally capitalizing on over the weekend. And so far my favorite bagel in the entire world is definitely The Perfect 10 Bagel!! Click here for some nutritionals.
With a whopping 18 grams of protein and only 140 calories and a whopping 8g of fiber (37% of your DV) I knew just by the label that this baby was gonna be worth the try. At first look it just looks so amazingly delcious. And then when you eat it its like heaven in a bagel. Now of course being a New Yorker nothing will ever beat standard NY bagels and pizza but since I've eliminated both of them from my diet a girl has got to find her replacements. Well this is by far the perfect replacement. I ate this bagel 3 days in a row for lunch people. I packed on some Naturally More Peanut Butter (which I have decided I love) and it was perfection in a bagel. Ladies there is no need to be taking out the center of this bagel or any of the diet bagel preperation. Just friggn eat it and you'll be in heaven! I really can't find any cons to this other then the potential price but I really think I would splurge for them if I could find them in a store near me. The only thing I was sad about was the fact that I was done! All in all BUY THESE BAGELS. And they have tons of other bread options to eat too! Even Hungry Girl features their products in a lot of her recipes!

These little suckers creeped into my mailbox last week and I was super excited to start dropping away with them! Well this morning I decided to dabble with the Peach flav and dropped a few drops into my water. Ummmm helloo holyyyy yum! Picture this taste: Peach flavored water with NO calories, NO sugar, AND completely natural and antioxidanted out! It was SO good with no yucky aftertaste at all. I dropped some of these babies into my green boyfriend the other day and damn did it hit the spot :) I mean people whats better then a NO guilt ALL NATURAL Chocolate helpage!? They have SO many great flavors that can spruce up anything :) Now that summer is approaching it's pretty much smoothie season & I'm thinking these babies are gonna really help out!
