For some odd reason I have been having the strangest time sleeping! And last night I was oddly anxious about getting up early to get to the gym. very weird. anyways I woke up a full hour early this morning and couldn't fall back to sleep so I just figured "eh get to the gym earlier" So I got my shiz together, munched on a 50 calorie La Tortilla Wrap with some of my datekin jam and then trekked my way to the gym. When I got to the gym I was feeling oddly amped for a good workout. I hopped on the treadie and began my warmup....creepfree. thank god.
After my workout I got changed for work at the gym and ran over to LRs for my one 9AM client. By the time I was done talking about food with her I was insanely hungry. I felt like a member of the Jetson clan as I speeded home. Seriously I think I would have knocked a cop out of he dared pull me over.

Work was fab. My clients are trimming down & I'm feelin like the BMOC. Haha just kidding but being a therapist...I mean weight loss coach is rewarding when you see your clients making the big progress each week. I swear sometimes I get more nervous when they hop on the scale then they do.
To appease my lack of sushi anger I made myself a little bit of air popped popcorn to munch on while I decided how the heck I'm going to pay for school in the Fall. When I couldn't find a solution and the word FAFSA and loan ignited my gag reflex I decided now would be a good time to blog. So here I am...NOT thinking about the Hiroshima of bank account wipe outs that is about to occur but instead learning the correct way to bake tofu & what so and so ate for dinner. priorities? check!
