What's Better theN Peanut Butter?

Pop Question: What's better then peanut butter? riddle me that.
better yet. What's Better N Peanut Butter.
Well the simple answer to that is something that I consume on a daily basis. If you've been hanging out with me for a while now you would know that this brand of nut butter makes it into my breakfast on an almost daily basis. SO when the kind people over at Wonder Natural Foods offered to give me more! I pretty much keeled over in my chair.

Better N Peanut Butter is an all natural, delicious peanut butter spread that is low fat, low calorie & perfect for diets across the universe. Check out the nutritional facts here

It has 85% LESS fat then regular peanut butter, 40% LESS calories, NO cholesterol, no preservatives, no refined sugars and made with natural soy lecithin and non GMO peanuts. hello it's amazing SO amazing. 2 tbsp of peanut butts for 100 calories. whatuuuuup!

You can buy Better N Peanut Butter in 3 flavors. Regular creamy, low sodium, and chocolate.

As soon as I got the samples I knew I had to try the chocolate PRONTO. SO I assembled two slices of toast and placed 1 tbsp of the original creamy with a banana on halfsies and 1 tbsp of the chocolate with a banana on halfsies.

The original flavor never ever fails me. I consume this on a quite frequent basis so I knew this piece of toast would fill my belly with joy. It definitely has a different flavor then regular peanut butter and for us chicks with a sweet tooth it's perfect. I've used it in smoothies, and waffles, and oatmeal & on carrots and just plain out of the jar and I can't remember my life meaning anything before we met. The only con is that if you're looking for a "nuttyish" nut butter this wouldn't be for you. It lacks in the peanutty flavor but it definitely doesn't bother me.

Before this piece of toast I had not tried the chocolate flavor and was very interested in what it would be like. Upon opening the jar I noticed that it was very very dark and did not have a peanutty scent. Anxious to try it but unsure of the taste I decided to play with it plain and with added banana. To tell you this truth I wasn't too much of a fan of this. BUT I'm not a chocolate person. I enjoyed the side of the toast that had the banana with it and it tasted more like a dessert then anything else. I actually imagine this being very delicious in my morning oats or even in a smoothie. I'm thinking if you need your chocolate fix then this would make a great and HEALTHY low calorie option for you!

All in all I will still and forever always continue to be a advocate and champion for Better N Peanut Butter. In my head I imagine them one day coming out with oodles and oodles of flavors and my cabinets being stocked full of them ALL. ::cue creepy mad scientist laugh::
Head on over and check out their website, even read up on all of the great press they've received through magazines and dieters :) If for nothing else they also provide a crap load of great recipes that might inspire you even more to click the pay now on their order page!

now can you think of anything else thats better n peanut butter?

speaking of nut butters..

I love Better N Peanut Butter! Its wonderful stuff - so good! The only thing that is better CERTAIN things is PB2. But for toast, oats, and most everything - Its all about Better N Peanut Butter. :) I'm super jealous of the package.

I tried Peanut Wonder (BNPB's cousin, I believe) back in high school, and it was pretty tasty. Maybe I should give it another go?

I've never tried the better n PB, but it sounds great! That chocolate flavor IS really dark... but if its desserty, I might just like it!

hmm.. i recently heard some criticism about better 'n peanut butter because of its long list of ingredients, some of which are not natural. is that true?

That sounds amazing! Where did you find that?

Ok, but do you REALLY think it's better than peanut butter? I mean, I eat it too, don't get me wrong, but i don't think it's better than peanut butter. Did you know they use de-fatted peanuts?? I think that's so funny. I actually did my food science research project using Better'n PB! I made pb banana muffins with both regular pb and bett'nPB. I am pretty sure the regular pb won, but they were VERY close! As in, few people even noticed!

I really really want to find the chocolate flavor, but I haven't seen it anywhere! I love chocolatey things. I like Better n' PB, but I have to say I prefer regular PB. But Better n'PB has a kinda toffee flavory texture thing that can be yummy.

Oh shoot girl, that is like a dream come true package for you! I've never tried B'nPB - maybe after my love affair with PB2 is over I'll pick up a jar ;)

Thanks for the review, I'll still stick to my beloved peanut butter but when I want to gild the lily and put peanut butter on cake, banana bread, muffins, and the like I'll give "alternative" peanut butters a try!
