Pre gym I hit up LR for a morning shadowing of the other Weight Loss Coach, found out tomorrow is my first day of official clients, hit up Staples for a new life tracker aka agenda book and then went to the gym for the above workout. I was NOT feeling my workout at all today. My legs were so darn tired maybe from walking to everywhere and above in the city yesterday and I just don't like the mid-afternoon vibe of the gym. I'm thinking I might be waking up way earlier to get to the gym pre LR clients.
And then this guy..
Welp now I'm just hanging in there until its dinner time and then I'm off to my last coaching practice! And say goodbye to my little pups :) So sad I'm gonna be missing Grey's tonight so SHH don't ruin anything! Tomorrow I have to wake up at the booty crack of dawn so I can get a good run in and then off to LR for my first couple of clients and then sometime later in the afternoon I'm off to my last volleyball tournament which is supposed to be "local" aka 2 1/2 hours away. So Deej, Jenna and I are going up the night before so we don't have to leave our house before the roosters even wake up on Saturday morning.
