45minute track workout
one mile run – 4 times around track (whatever pace you want)
4 bleacher runs - (up bleacher stairs, down bleacher stairs throughout the whole bleacher) repeat 4 times
bleacher stepups (30 seconds right leg, 30 seconds left leg) alternating with assisted pushups (1 minute) repeat 3 times
4 bleacher runs same as first 4
1 lap jog (slower pace)
1 lap run the lengths, fast walk the shorts
1 lap run to finish
total time: 45 minutes

1/2c cottage cheese blended in the food processor with 1/2c canned pumpkin & 1tbsp vanilla protein powder, cinnamon, stevia & vanilla extract, mixed in with a gala & a tbsp of better n peanut butter
