oh you know ;)

what’s up party people! who’s getting their valentines day mojo going down. i know i am not ;)

is it me or do fridays come pretty fast these days? no? i feel like it was like 10 minutes ago that i was typing out last weeks conclusions friday. and yet here i am again coming up with a summation of my week’s thoughts..

…except this friday rings in a 4 day weeekend woo hoo. so besides the fact that i have work tomorrow i’ll be enjoying these next 3.75 days watching the olympics, doing homework & enjoying the singleness of valentines day.

without further ado and because i know you guys like lists more then paragraphs…i bring you…

bum bum buuuuum. conclusions Friday day day day ::echo::

1. cold weather and tremendous amounts of white-ish hell won’t stop this girl from over using xanthum gum and drinking cold soup.

P2113289 P2113293

on the left: 2 scoops biochem vanilla whey, 1/4c canned pumpkin, 1.5c water, the usual pumpkin spicer suspects & 2tbsp kashi heart to the hizzle

on the right: 2 scoops biochem vanilla whey, 3/4c frozen strawbreezies, 1c water, 1/2c usvab, 1 laughing cow cheese wedge, 2tbsp cottage cheese, usual spice suspects

both of these involved ridiculous amount of gums.

2. overuse of xanthum & guar gum will cause gum belly babies. if you press hard enough on your belly it will not deflate the gum babies.

3. i’m really glad my secret valentine came out of hiding :) she has stellar taste. thanks angela!!

3. seaweed salad well sushi for that matter has made an appearance in every conclusions friday thus far.

I'm pretty sure that Conclusions Friday could not exist without sushi. So you'd better keep it around. I mean, is life really worth living without sushi? I doubt it.

Never would have thought to make a sweet omelet. (Love Stevia by the way.) Looks like breakfast heaven. By which I mean that breakfast heaven definitely exists. I hope that whatever heaven I end up in has one of those use buffet breakfasts with every breakfast food imaginable. That's all I really need.
