35 minutes stairmaster @$$kicking. went something like this:

- plank & single arm row (3 sets 12) 20lb free weight
- weighted full body crunches 3 sets 25 with 30 second pulse
- dumbell curls 3 sets 12 (15lb free weights)
- saxon side bends 3 sets 15 (5lb free weights in each hand)
- bent over reverse grip barbell rows 3 sets 12 (40lb barbell)
- hammer curls with 20 second pulse 3 sets 15 (10lb free weights)
reverse flys 4 sets
- v bar lat pulldowns 3 sets 12 (65lbs)
- bosu ball knee to shoulder tucks 3 sets 20
being done with my bowl of breakfast? not so great.

i was a hungry monster today! my metabs must have been rearing like crazy because two hours later my tums was speaking to me.
could have been all the brain energy i was using to study..

there was so much to get done today and to get through it all i kept imagining the clock saying 5:30pm.
because when i saw 5:30pm it meant that i was officially finito with my first year of grad school
hair was washed, notes were read, economics was studied, and lunch was made and packed.
the yogurt was consumed on the way out the door with cinnamon & stevia as i screamed at van “i’m gonna miss my train!!!”

i made my train. sorry dad.
train snacks. the conductor gave me a weird look when the smell of garlic came from my ticket. i guess he just doesn’t understand the concept of how garlic makes everything taste good.
i got to campus, met with a class for a few last minute shibangs, gave a presentation, studied and at approximately 3:30pm i consumed economics brain food, whipped out my pencil and got to work.
t minus 2 hours and i would be done.
5:30pm. hand in exam. breathe, breathe, breathe & text deej “if you love me you’ll pick up mushrooms and eggplant”

protein ice cream = 1tbsp gnc cookies & cream protein powder + stevia & vanilla extract + 1/2 almond milk + ice + guar&xanthum gumz. puffed wheat & unsweetened cocoa powder.
does someone want to buy me an actual ice cream maker? deej is getting mad at my blender usage..
lackluster post? maybs! but my brain is shutoff for the night.
for the record does anyone know what in the world this is?
weird looking spread thing that my sister’s roomie left behind and she brought home. hmph.
