i’m not one to like to talk about the weather too much but i just wanted to state for the record that it. is. gorgeous. out.
so lately i’ve been craving meat. haha ;) hahahaha. sorry. hahahaha i’m still laughing at myself. hahaha go ahead give a little giggle too.
so anyways back to meat. i’m not a huge lover of meat, i’m a lover of fish, eggs, and other sources of protein but the past couple of weeks i’ve been craving meaty meatness.
problem: meat & mediterranean cravings.
solution: turkey feta burgers.
deej likes to keep these babies pretty basic. as when i suggested adding a myriad of spices, she naturally declined. stressing how delicious they are with just the 5 basic ingredients
- 1lb extra lean ground turkey
- 6oz reduced fat feta cheese
- 3tbsp+ (or 5,000 garlic cloves) minced garlic
- & love
sorry i meant 6 ingredients ;)
combine all of your ingreeds and ball, mold, shape & form them into 5 patties
stats per burger: 180 calories, 4.5g fat, 32g protein. yes puhlease!
other problems i’ve been having?
problem: sudden urges to look like a meathead.
solution: pump. sewious. iron.
cardio warmup of 35 minute stairmaster sweatfest + back & biceps!
- t-bar rows 6 sets
|15 reps||10lbs + tbar weight|
|12 reps||20lbs + tbar weight|
|10 reps||25lbs + tbar weight|
|8 reps||30lbs + tbar weight|
|6 reps||35lbs + tbar weight|
|12 reps||10lbs + tbar weight|
whew! can i say i was already sore after this? anyone know how much the t-bar weighs?
- incline bicep curls 3 sets 10 (15lb dumbbells)
- bent over wide grip reverse row 3 sets 12 (40lbs)
- v-rope hammer curls 3 sets 10 (40lbs)
- lat pulldowns 3 sets (60lbs, 65lbs, 70lbs)
- dumbbell pullover 3 sets 12 (25lbs)
- overhand grip barbell bicep curl 3 sets 12 (30lbs)
meathead mission done and done.
problem: wednesdays and fridays off due to decreased summer work schedule…
WAIT. that’s a problem? yes. i hate not being busy
solution: continue to wake up for spin. + make leisurely breakfast.
none of the above is a problem.
the problem is when you don’t try this breakfast.
egg whites + overnight cookie dough + naturally more + sugar free jam = world peace
problem: a free day with nothing on the schedule..
solution: bake, library, trader joes, eat, shower, & enjoy life?
all must wait until i finish this beast x2
