as i said before, my posting is going to be all over the place now that my schedule is changing due to class starting.
boo to back to school!

want to see what my weeks for this semester will look like? sure ya do ;)
- monday: work in the morning, home, then class at one school at night.
- tuesday: work all day
- wednesday: class in the city at my home school
- thursday: work then class at a different school in the city
- friday: work all day.
yes. that’s right i will be taking classes at three different schools this semester. i’d like to thank my home school for cancelling a course on me last minute. baruch, you owe me some sewious gas moolah.
with this crazy work & school schedule, i’m still going to fit in my early morning gym sessions, and do work in between work & class, at night when i get home from work & of course on the weekends. packing meals for work and school will be done in the spare time. and i’ll try my hardest to not forget i’m 24 and fit some fun in there somewhere.
i’m already tired.
and i just bored you to death.
well maybe i’m tired from spin this morning. great class!
after spin this morning i ran home, showered, got changed & made my way out the door to work.
the emmy’s took control of my life last night so hot cawfee on the first day of heat wave it had to be!
my coffee was sweating. it’s so hot out!
or was it tears, because the summer is over..
the good thing about my monday schedule is that i only have to transport breakfast to work! which makes sunday night alot easier in the prep department.
overnight protein oat bran (1/3c oatbran, water, & serving of protein powder) + peanut four paste & my new obsession of tjs blueberry flax
naturally i added some chemically enhanced strawb “preserves” in when i got to the office..
many of you have asked me about the blueberry flaxseed. it’s amazing & such a delightfully crunchy way to get in healthy fats in the morning!
i have my peanut butter taste with the paste (haha) and my crunchy fats with the flax
tj’s needs to get on more flavors STAT.
another good thing about my work schedule on mondays, is that i get home with time to take advantage of my kitchen for lunch.
& take advantage hubba hubba is what i did.
even with this blazing heat i couldn’t imagine eating anything else except a blazing set of peanut butter pancakes.
the key to perfect peanut butter pancakes is to let the pan heat up a little & let the batter sit for about 5 minutes until it gets slightly thick. i’ve found that this gets the cakes to a excellent state of fluff.
& while your batter sits, you have time to make a baby veg bowl!
shrooms, caulis, fresh & juicy red maters, yellow zukes & green peppers. all scooped and sammie-whiched up with a duo of hummuses.
alright well it’s time to get intense & get ready for du classes!
it’s a damn good thing i hate my car with the amount of time i’ll be spending in it ;)
- if you were to give an emmy to trader joe’s for best product, what would you choose? for me it would totally go to either their toasted oat bran, their blueberry flaxseed, their salmon patties, or my fav, their garilic aioli mustard spread! way too many choices! WAIT i almost forgot about their peanut flour! duh.
