goleaned graham crackers & milk

when i was a kid i lived for graham crackers & milk for breakfast. i would simply take a ridiculous amount of graham crackers, drench them in milk, let half get soggy to extremes & half remain with a little crunch. so simple so amazing. today i had my adult version

  • 1/3c trader joes oatbran (cooked in 1.5c water, cinnamon & stevia)
  • added in 1 serving vanilla protein powder & refrigerated the combo overnight
  • after my not-so-workout this morning i added on top 2tbsp of peanut flour paste, some sugar free strawberry jelly
  • & the kicker? poured some almond milk in the bowl.

graham crackers & milk to the t. done & done.

it’s okay to throw a cop-out post up, close your computer, fill your gas tank with love gas & head out east to get some necessary sun, relaxation & family time in.

i’m out like sauerkraut!

cawfee tawk!

  • what were your favorite childhood breakfasts/meals that were so random and weird but you absolutely loved. my obsessions were graham crackers & milk, and cream cheese & jelly sammies!
  • what are you going to do this weekend that doesn’t involve sitting here reading this?
