i know. i wish i could say that i created this beauty but i owe full and 100% credit to the amazing daniela.
she was blessed to me through eden (when i begged her for the deets on her new header), and eden had nothing but awesome things to say about her, then almost immediately she had like 5,000 amazing ideas my way and sooner then i knew it BAM gorgeousness was created.
all in all she’s amazing.
she’s even got her only fun blog via los angeles which is solely dedicated to the in’s and out’s of LA. if you’re from/in/going to the area, she would be the person you’d need to get in touch with to get the goods on town
on another note.
i’ve been having a series of ‘puffy' days’ over the past couple of days.
you know what i mean by puffy days.
and yes they do occur, so i’ve learned a couple tricks of the trade to get myself through a ‘puffy period’ if you will
the first? when in doubt ‘belt it’
yes i know this probably seems like an oxy moron, because if i’m feeling puffy why in the world would i want to belt my puffy feelings. wouldn’t i just want to let them fly?
no. belt it. that way you can tell you’re not puffy and the puffy is just a feeling. plus you’re really not puffy so why would we wear baggy things so other people think you’re puffy.
the second thing? pump sewious weights.
none of that cardio biznatch. even though it’s probably what you’re thinking. let me cardio my way out of my puffy-ness. no. just lift some damn heavy weights!
