i feel like it’s been for-ev-er.
well it really kind of has! i’ve been working lots of long hours this week, and boy am i happy it’s the weekend
is that not incredibly embarrassing..
don’t you just want to climb right into bed next to me?
portion of big batched egg white oatmeal, with coconut oil, peanut flour spread & unsweetened cocoa powder sprinkles
i was more than happy to welcome the sun this morning, sleep in, enjoy a nice breakfast and eventually find my way to the nail salon
i rested my weary legs in a nice bath of foot-spa salt and enjoying viewing pictures ala us weekly of this summer’s celebrity hot & not bodies
i texted my sister this picture to make her jealous..
in case you were wondering: cameron diaz looks fierce, justin beiber looks manorexic and queen latifah has seen better days
anyways i found the solution to not spending money!
don’t buy coffee during the week, sleep in on saturdays, & stay home and do laundry
easy-peazy as that!
let’s chat about things i’m kind of in love with lately
i made an epic salad last night
who else is so over the word ‘epic’
i got home super late from work, and just wanted to sit in peace by myself & enjoy some silence and some christen grey
and so i did. silence + roasted broccoli & cauliflower + turkey breast + egg & goat cheese = heaven.
it was everything an overworked girl could dream of
after attempting to watch the decendents i found myself faceplanted in the couch & somehow found my way to bed
don’t you love when that happens?
when you’re so tired you don’t think you could even make it to bed, then you wake up the next day with no memory of going to bed, maybe i got drunk of of goat cheese…
check this out people.
this weeks obsessions?
can you believe that my sister made this necklace? she found it on pinterest & her crafty ass self made one and left it on my dresser thursday night.
i thanked her by waking her out of a dead sleep when i couldn’t find my makeup bag friday morning…
this bruschetta is quickly becoming my favorite way to cook chicken & fish. i just plop a little on top, foil pack that biotch and bam deliciousness.
as for the fish sauce? gotta say i was nervous at first about it. it is SO good. i just spray some braggs on my salad, drizzle a little fish sauce & some sriracha and boom.
look what i bought today.
i’m gonna do it.
i’ve been really craving meat lately, like a hamburger. and so we went for it.
i’m gonna do it.
i’ll keep you posted
in the mean time, keep yourself entertained
