the muscle gauge whey in cake batter is DELICIOUS! it was my first time cracking open the jug & i felt like i was drinking cake batter post workout – it almost felt illegal. i can’t wait to make a protein pancake tonight!

in the mix: 1 egg, 4 egg whites, 1/3 cup oat bran, 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, stevia, vanilla extract, baking powder & cinnamon. topped with peanut flour spread (peanut flour mixed with almond milk & coconut oil)
don’t judge me if i told you i ate my coffee grinds…
kid you. but this cookies & cream coffee is probably in the top 5 coffees of all time

snow peas & broccoli slaw sautéed in coconut oil mixed with roasted broccoli, spaghetti squash & cinnamon chipotle sliders non-slider form

runny eggs on a xmas plate with a cheesy smile! i bet you didn’t know that my family used to call me chicken head because i looked like a chicken..

you can’t see it but this bowl was ridic. dinner consisted of several layers of goodness: roasted cauliflower in olive oil, almond meal, tumeric & curry powder then baked them for 40 minutes at 450 until they got ultra crispy. then i topped the cauliflower & leftover roasted broccoli (from earlier) with turkey breast, a fried egg with dill & roasted sweet potato moons.
a dinner of deliciousness.
