I would give yourself a pat on the back for downing that yog at 5:20! I certainly dont get my appetite till at least 615. however, if I was spinning at 6 then I would abso-freakin lutely down a yog or banana or sometrhing!<br /><br />I think I can count the number of times on my hand I have gotten a pair of pants that DOESNT need alterations.
